This book provocative information of today’s Chinese are healthier and wealthier than even before. They are also more free. This is not the freedom of the west, which often comes with irresponsibility, but the more basics freedom that most Chinese never knew until this century. There is freedom from starvation, and largely, freedom from oppression. Research Tips and Tutorials

Library is a very good place study more effectively and I can better concentrate. If students want to learn more information about library, students can go to “Library 101” there have a lot of detailed introduction about library that is a good way to remember it. Let us say there is something you don’t know how to do research tips. In the past if you were determined to learn. Students can ask librarian and students can “Starting Your Research” on Saint Cloud State University library website finds everything you want. There are all kinds of books, magazines and newspapers in a library which provide you with a great deal of useful knowledge.
When I was write research paper I do research without the help of a library. It was the indispensable library that enabled me to do the necessary research and finish my papers in time. I will “Finding Resources” of background and general information, search of books, music, search for journal articles, reading, writing and calculating in the library search box, click on the journal and news-paper titles link in the home page and search by title or key words.
The library has placed the entire study world (and all of the information in it) at our fingertips. In earlier times, conducting research entailed long hours searching library shelves. Now, however, the same information can be accessed at the click of a library website. Students can evaluate the sources and the information using online because “Evaluating information” about how to evaluate journal articles, books, web page, web site and criteria. Admittedly, not all of the information available on the library is reliable or helpful there is a vast amount of material online.
When students write research paper they should learn how to write citation styles. For library website, students search “Using the Information You Find” there are a lot of information about citation styles, examples of APA, MLA, Chicago, Turabian and other citation styles formatting of how to write a good research paper. When students finished your paper, they can use “RefWorks Basics” to found more detailed about author and this book, journals or web page.
The library “Research Tips and Tutorials” is a place where your desire for knowledge can be satisfied. It is difficult to imagine what life would be like without library. We should try to keep our library such a good place that it is by obeying the library rules. We should try to make our library not only a source of knowledge but also a source of inspiration.

Little Princes
Description: Liz
This part of the novel talked about Liz coming to Nepal, Grennan telling his story of Humla to the children of Dhaulagiri. This part also mentioned finding Bishnu, the last one of the seven children for whom Grennan came back to Nepal.

In this part, Liz, Grennan’s email friend who by now was more than just a friend came to Nepal. This was when Grennan just returned from about a month long journey from Humla. Grennan was excited to tell his story to everyone and at the same time fascinated by hearing Liz’s voice instead of reading her email. Back in “next generation Nepal” he learned that now have twenty six children. However, the rescue of the children living in Dhaulagiri had not gone as planned. They were not able do anything about the child trafficker. The situation got worse when the traffickers made it seem as if the author and his friends were trying to steal children.
Two days later, Liz met with the children. The children especially girls seem to like her at once. Then came the time when Grennan showed the pictures of their parents to the children. Each and every child looked happy to see their parents’ picture and to know that they still care about them except two orphans Raju and Priya. Grennan couldn’t have told them anything more than the harsh reality of their life that their parents were not alive. The day Liz left; Connor had a hard time asking Liz to come back. However, He gathered all his courage and told her that the children would be more than happy to see her again. Liz on her side replied that she would love to meet them again too.
Almost a week since they had spoken, Liz came back to Nepal and spent time with Grennan and the children for about seven days. They were happy and enjoyed being together. Two weeks after Liz left, Grennan went to the English language bookstore in Thamel and bought a bible just to get to know Liz better.
On January 30, he got a call from Jacky who tells him that Gyan has located ‘Bishnu’ the last one of the seven children. But the problem was Bishnu was sold as a domestic slave to a wealthy businessman of Nepal. It was a difficult situation. The person was not willing to hand Bishnu to them. The person pushed Grennans hand aside and grabbed the doorknob when Grennan refuse to give Bishnu back. Jacky then quickly called the mayor. When the Mayor shouted at the bank manager, the bank walked out with all the anger in his head. Later, Grennan realized that the only person who believed that finding Bishnu was possible was Liz.
Liz and Grennan continued writing many times every day. They were writing about their days and what did they do on that day. Even more, not only Grennan was interested in Liz’s life there were also two girls from Dhaulagiri where he was in that time. The two girls were thinking that Grennan and Liz were more than friends even when he told them that they were just friends. As a result, Grennan told Liz to e-mail the girls and say that we are just friend so that they believe him. Grennan hinted in his e-mails that he would like her to come and visit him. After a month Liz said that she will come to visit him. Grennan was excited when he got the news and told everyone. Liz stayed with him for a short and fun seven days. After that visit Grennan started to love her and misses her, also Liz had the same feeling and she told him many times how she wanted to be with Grennan. Eventually, Grennan proposed her and they are together since then.
This part of the novel gave light on Liz meeting Grennan, Grennan reuniting the children with their parents, Grennan finding the seveth child and Grennan proposing Liz. In conclusion, this was pretty happy ending.

Little Princess: Chapter Analysis

Little Princes: One Man's Promise to Bring Home the Lost Children of Nepal is a story written by Conor Grennan regarding child trafficking. This analysis paper aims to discuss the part five of the book which is entitled as Liz. This will allow the reader to understand the concept of part five ‘Liz’ in context of the book provided by the author.
As a matter of fact, Liz was Grennan’s friend at the time when he was involved in saving the lives of children who were abducted from their homes and sold to people involved in human trafficking. The chapter discusses that Liz has been very supportive to Grennan. She was a social worker and loved to help people in need. The author noted that Liz fell in love with those children and felt that it was her own children. Although she knew that Grennan was going to risk his life, Liz never stopped him.
Furthermore, Grennan realized that he likes Liz and that she would make a perfect match for him. He was nervous to approach her at first. However, later in the chapter he did what his heart told him to. He proposed Liz and they were together thereafter. Liz wasn't just an email pal to Grennan. She was more than that. She was his inspiration. Though not present physically, Liz was always with him through her emails. Her presence in Grennan's life whether it be through emails or in person always encouraged him. In fact, the chapter pertains to inform the readers that Liz ultimately became a motivation force to Grennan.
The meaning that comes forth from the part five of the book is that Liz was able to picture herself in the position of those children and she believed that there was nothing more imperative than saving those children. The chapter also gives an indication that Liz wanted to acknowledged the achievement of Grennan in her work so as to spread the information regarding children and especially little girls being abducted all over the world.

Group 6: I have difficulty organizing my writing.

Group 6: Yipeng Liu, Abdullah Ramadan, Mohammed Alamer
I have difficulty organizing my writing.
Anyone can write a good essay if they know what steps to follow. Essay organization makes the difference between a good essay and a poor essay. A student may have some great ideas, but if those ideas are unorganized and becomes difficult to read and despite the great ideas, will not be a good essay. If your paper is unorganized and your reader has to work hard to figure out what you’re saying, you haven’t achieved your purpose.

There are three main parts to an essay: the thesis, supporting points, and a conclusion.

·      The thesis is the purpose of your paper. Point you plan to prove and main idea.

·      Supporting points are the evidence you have found to support your thesis. If you can’t come up with very many supporting points, you’d better find a new thesis that you can support with facts. Each supporting point will be its own paragraph.

·      Your conclusion is the final component of your essay and summary all point. In your conclusion, you want to reiterate your thesis, but you don’t want to just repeat words you’ve already written. This paragraph should be new writing tied closely to your previous points. Once you understand the components that make up an essay, you’ll find that organizing your thoughts becomes easier.
"Here are a few organizational patterns you might consider:
·        Sequential—This style is particularly conducive when telling a story or relaying events chronologically. Simply double-check that your events are written in the order in which they happened.

·        Spatially—This arrangement is a perfect fit when describing a scene. Depending upon what works best, you can describe from left to right, bottom to top, center to edge, near to far, or the opposite. These structures will help you take your reader along with you as you explore your observations.

·        Importance—When writing persuasively or trying to make a point, you'll first want to consider what works best: hooking your reader with your main point and then following up with supportive details, or setting the reader up with the details to lead to your main point. Similarly, do you want to move from your most to your least important point, or vice versa?

·        Comparison—When comparing two objects or situations to each other, there are two basic organizational patterns. One is to focus on the separate items, describing them in their entirety based on individual characteristics that they have in common. A second pattern is to focus on the characteristics themselves, describing the items as they apply to those characteristics.

·        Cause and Effect—To explain the connections between an event and what caused it, you can begin with a general statement (either the cause or the effect) and then support that statement with details that represent the other."

In conclusion, once you've decided upon your topic and your audience—and possibly brainstormed some ideas or even completed your first draft—you'll want to revise by reorganizing your thoughts into a structure or format that works best to convey your message. We learned about all the three main points of how to write a good essay by organizing your ideas before you start writing such as the thesis, supporting points, and the conclusion.

Love is the braveness of a grown-up man---- review the book of little prince

The little prince in the book once said: you are here, in a garden which you have already planted five thousand roses, but you still fail to find the one which you wanted most. The whole book is talking about what is love, what is being love and what is the love we give to others.
Meet the people similar to us, the depth of their minds and thinking same as ourselves, have the consistent emotional patterns, but when we truly met these kind of people to us, we are always lack of the courage to abandon the things we usually care about and to open our heart to love someone. So this is totally different when we have the impulse on our youth age. The more expectations we desire for this person, the more possibilities of clashes between us and the person will soon happened. So this also proves that when we grow up, we are more lack of the fearless when we are young, because the most evil thing during our life is: people only have the opportunity to be the young man once, just once. People only want to see all the good of the one who we want to be with, anxiously want him or her is completely according to the ideal characters from our imagination.

The fox in the book says: for what you have been domesticated, you are responsible for this thing forever. The little prince says: as long as we carefully use our heart, the things that you are looking for can be founded in each rose and a drop of water. Resonates in my mind, this needs the persistence of both the two people, if only one people have the faith to insist the relationship but another one give up because of fear, this two people can be very hard to continue the relationship. When we all been through these, we started to believe the old-time marriage back to many years that in different periods, two people just holding the faith which they believe they can’t be separated by anything and let the accumulation of time and patience continue, finally, hold your hand, till death do we part.

What is growth? Growth is to face and fully experience fear, only through the area of fear so that we could expand the boundaries of ourselves. Love is also like the same as growth. Irreplaceable love from rational judgment and two people been through the jeopardies and the time abound of difficulties and at last, the two people are still together and never separate. Nowadays, temptations are everywhere; the cost of betrayal is far less than collapse, so without insists, even in five thousand roses we still couldn’t find the unique one.
So many people in this world, the people who can fit in us still exist. If we still looking for the love like the little prince, the only thing we can do is to be the best of ourselves, and fearlessly love the man we met, just like a blind love. Now we have met enough people, some of them just talk to us and walk away from our life, we only need a few seconds so we can have the basic judgment of whether this person fit to us, we are not lack of the techniques and skills but courage and commitment, so I think, if you feel it is the right time to love, go ahead to love, like never been hurt. This is the most important thing that little prince told us to do.

Reviews to "Who Am I?"

The names of the top three posts were:
1.Block, Adam (10)

2.Fan, Yu (10)
3.Negussie, Girum H (9)

The reason why I chose these three as the top scores and all of the above writers have received a 10 is because they write everything by themself and their lives. I really learned a lot of information about different countries’ culture of culture background.
Grades:

Who Am I ?

My name is Yipeng Liu, I come from China in Hunan Province, and I was 21 years old. I came to the United State when I was 18 years old, and I am going purchase the bachelor degree of international business from George Fox University in Portland, OR. In 2012, I transfer to St Cloud State University and now I study a junior course of majoring in management. I can learn a lot of culture cultural background and society between China and United States. For me, I was the only child in my family and I live in a big villa in the city with my parents and grandmother. Despite that, my mother is the primary caregiver in my family and the strong one in the family and also in the family business. My mother works for the family business, so she does not have much free time like others mother.

In my family, high power means older age and higher generation in a family. China has a long history about traditional manners; elder people in the family must be respected and have the most power. Parents respect older people who know a lot of things, because they want to learn knowledge from other people and books. Parents also think the elder people must have more experiences, and they should have much knowledge. For example, in my family, I have to listen to my parents’ idea. My parents want me to have a good future because learning more knowledge is helpful for me to go to a good school. So, my parent want me study in the United State. Then I cannot give my own opinion; I should follow parent’s opinion about life. If I disagree or say no, that is different and such familiarity should be considered disrespectful to people of such higher power distance. This thing should show large power distance in my family.

For me, tradition holiday it’s very important in my life’s. Chinese traditional festivals in various forms, rich in content are our long history of the Chinese nation as an integral part of culture. There are a lot of holidays for Chinese people, such as the New Year and Mid-Autumn Festival. On that day everybody dress up. First they extend greetings to their parents. Then each child will get money as a New Year gift, wrapped up in red paper. At night, family members ate dinner together and burning fireworks was once most typical custom on the Spring Festival. The middle-Autumn Festival is one of the traditional Chinese festivals, it is often held in September or October. During the festival, family members get untied and have moon cakes together. There are various kind of moon cakes, such as bean paste, egg-yolk or meat. The shape of a moon cake is round as it symbolizes a big moon. Moreover, in the evening of the Middle-Autumn Festival, people get together in a vacant place, eating delicious moon cakes while appreciation the beautiful moon hanging in the dark sky.

I really learned a lot of information about different countries’ culture of culture background between China and United States. I think it is good for the families to treat children equally. However, it also depends on the cultural background and society.
